This resort also has an onsite restaurant, heated swimming pool and spa to 28 degree's in the winter plus there's an under sails BBQ area.

Body corporate is $97 a week including power and on time payment discount. Body Corporate payments are made quarterly effective from 1/2/20.

Rates are about $1600 per annum for owner occupiers, $1780 for investors with permanent let tenants and about $2900 for holiday letting. Rates are paid twice yearly with half payable in February and the other half in August. Water fluctuates but about $340 a quarter.

This unit is currently let on a permanent basis with lease expiry date of 12th June.
