So, strip them. Seal them. Paint them. And everything else.

It too is 1978ish… We're not bringing this back from the brink, turf it and 2024 it!

WHAT'S WITH THE BATHROOM?
It's got a pretty decent loo. The dual flush option and everything.
The shower has some water seal issues, so I think you may need to address that pretty quick smart. It's an easy space to work with and a decent size, too.

WHAT'S WITH THE BEDROOMS?
They're not bad! There's a lot of stuff in them and like I said, maybe your problem, maybe not. Clean your rooms and start again! Rip up the flooring. Get some better lighting. Paint and polish. Perfect..ish.

WHAT'S WITH THE SHED?
Back to the food concept from before, this was actually a delicious meal. For a friendly team of termites. They found it, nom, nom, nom, yada, yada, now it's a bit stuffed. It's probably fixable. It appears there is termite activity in the front wall of the shed. Come and see it for yourself. IS IT COUNCIL APPROVED? Not sure. Maybe. Maybe not. Have you seen the price?
There's drive-through access to it, so it's super easy to work with.

WHAT'S WITH THE BLOCK SIZE?
It's a duplex, built strata, constructed in the days where the land was common property and you own your side of the duplex. As it stands, there's a fence between them both and the yard spaces for each side are maintained by the owner of that side.

WHAT ARE THE OWNER'S LOOKING FOR?
