'Sylvandale Hill' is located on the sealed Holbrook road, 1 km from the small township of Jingellic , 50 km east of Holbrook and one hour's drive from Albury/Wodonga in the beautiful Upper Murray.

The property consists of approximately 1/3 good hill grazing country, 1/3 open bush grazing and 1/3 heavier bush and steep pinches. There is a smaller paddock of flat land, suitable for cattle yards and other working improvements. Fencing is mostly good, however parts of the fence through the bush would need attention.
