The front entry is anchored via the attractive rammed earth wall. Stunning floor to roof glass helps bring one of the regions best outlooks inside.

Wake up to your world…the master bedroom pavilion feels great. A private deck, hot tub, large walk in robe and ensuite, which takes advantage of that magnificent aspect. Never-ending views to the north west. This is an adventure of the senses from sunrise to sunset.

The central pavilion is well proportioned. Abundant light, streams through the sloping roof, which is an important design element. Inside becomes outside, outside is allowed in. This is a space one can feel the changes of season…in complete comfort. Fans, fireplace, cross ventilation and insulation ensure this. A room for entertaining, your kitchen sits at the heart of this home. E-glass and smartly wired.
A walkway with louvered glass, allows ventilation and leads through to the 3rd pavilion. Here there is a huge study (or smaller guest room) and guest bedroom. Again, the separation allows privacy and continuity.

The climate here would be considered close to perfect. There has been an important focus on a connection between the man made and natural. Glass doors lead to the deck….lots of deck! Its an outside room….a reading place, a relaxing space or entertainers dream. Framed by mountains, fertile pastures and your own magnificent fig tree. Culminating is 1000 different shades of green.

The property is fully fenced. Numerous fruit trees provide a harvest of goodness. The dam is complete with lily pads and turtles!
