Ideally positioned in the heart of Australia's Riverina region lies the arable 'Strontian Aggregation' with a total land area of 3,839.43ha* (9,487.23* acres). Historically, the Aggregation was a high producing dryland operation well supported by winter crop production with a rotation including wheat, canola and barley.

The grazing country is supported by secure water from the Birrego Water Scheme. Traditionally the country has been used to run a mix of prime lambs and cattle. Areas of pasture improvement include trefoil, crows foot and clover with some areas of established Lucerne.

The properties 'Glen Ayr' and 'Wallaringa' have been developed for irrigation. Currently 'Glen Ayr' has four (4) towable pivots servicing approx 210ha* and 'Wallaringa' has two (2) towable pivots servicing approx 90ha*. The irrigation water for this system is provided via a bore on the northern section of 'Glen Ayr'. This water also supplies the pivots on 'Wallaringa' via a series of underground mains.

The 'Strontian Aggregation' is located in a relatively temperate, moderate rainfall climate with rainfall being largely spread evenly across the twelve months of the year.
