The apartment is ready for immediate tenancy. A short term lease will be considered, with a minimum of three months renewable on a monthly basis. A bond of four weeks' rent will be lodged with the appropriate department, payable in advance as per the Tenancies Act. One week's rent in advance is required, payable weekly.
The apartment is fully furnished. If you prefer to use your own furniture the existing furniture can be stored. The verandah has an eastern aspect to enjoy the morning sunshine.
Rent includes Wi-Fi and Netflix login. Electricity (metered) is charged on a per usage basis at cost as shown on AGL invoice. It's close to public transport and within walking distance of the North Adelaide Parklands, O'Connell Street, Prospect Road and the Aquatic Centre.
Small pets may be considered on application. There's a doggie door to the secure backyard.
