Well a Million Dollars doesn't buy you much anymore and it certainly doesn't get you this close to the beach in Caves ...

So what is a dead flat walk to the beach worth to you?

Especially, when you consider you're getting a level nearly 700m² block of land, in a street that flows directly down to the beach and is on the move with new homes and major renovations and extensions going on everywhere!

Given we've sold a knock down brick house in Caves Beach, on far busier Caves Beach Road for $1.2M and yes it's actually been knocked down, isn't $1M cheap?

- Blacksmiths Beach delivers Nine Miles of gorgeous sand, surf, fishing & more
- 4 wheel drive from Redhead Beach in the North, to Blackys Beach in the south
- Discover fresh water creek lagoons but please keep them a secret between us
- Family friendly & fully renovated the new Orana Hotel provides a great feed too
- Into plant based food & yoga, then you'll love the ever popular Yoga Place Cafe
- Prefer pizza, fish'n'chips, full cream dairy coffee, don't worry we've got that to
- Bring your boat & jetski too because there's an awesome boat ramp at Blackys

An absolute amazing place to live and weekend, there's a real sense of community here, with so much to do outdoors for young, old and everyone in between.

So if you want The Entrance's hustle and high-rise, give us a miss!
