Inside is just CUTE. Its got those amazing jarrah boards throughout, some have been covered up but that is easily fixed by removing some carpet - and you probably should. There are a couple of air conditioners and an alarm system too.

The kitchen is solid jarrah and in great condition - its country style and it really works in this house. The bedrooms are decent size with the bonus of extensive added built in robes with glass sliders. Sometimes storage is hard in these older homes but not here - that has been fixed already! You get a nice big lounge diner too so its really easy to furnish and the living and sleeping areas are well separated.

The bonus here is the huge outdoor room. It is fully enclosed and looks over the cottage style back yard. It would make a SUPERB games room for the kids actually or some kind of "person cave". Its got lots of natural light, it really is a great room, in fact I think you should call it the "Great Room".

Out back is a conversation pit (someone said we used to talk to each other before the Internet came out?) covered by a gazebo, 2 sheds and lots and lots of space. Its just magical actually - you need to check it out. It has pool fencing as it use to have a spa in ground which is now a garden bed. You could put in another one though (I don't think you should use the one that is there - it's a bit dirty.)

As my dear old Grandad used to say - "Son, they don't build em like this no more." Solid as a rock, well presented, location and good zoning (corner lots are pretty special if you'd possibly like to sub divide later and if you can get all the approvals in place). And the price - I mean, I said to the owners, "seriously, we could go a lot higher!" But no, they said lets just put it on for this and sell it. I mean, I am their Agent....
