Murrungundy is not just a house, but the delightful coming together of a unique home and a New England bushland setting. Created from the very earth it sits on, each mud brick was hand crafted on site, then laid as an infill between the exposed hardwood timber frame. Locally reclaimed railway timbers add to the rustic charm of this truly captivating home.

Stunning cathedral ceilings with locally milled blue gum timbers feature throughout.

The custom timber kitchen flows onto both the dining and living areas, creating the perfect space to entertain. Gas cooktop with the option of gas or electric oven, ample cupboard space and beautiful views across the valley enhance the features of this space.

A fully self-contained granny flat adjacent to the house provides excellent versatility for visitors, guests or as a teenager's retreat.

The accompanying 40 acres of semi-cleared and undulating bushland, with excellent water supplies, provides enough room for a few head of cattle or horses, or to simply enjoy the local wildlife that pass by daily. Enjoying a picturesque rural aspect only minutes from both the University of New England and the town of Armidale adds to the attractiveness of this property.
