I have been super fortunate to know the owner of this property for many years professionally, and every time I am lucky enough to visit 36A Holland Street I always feel at home.

There is just something about the feel of the property each time I enter, and I just can`t seem to put my finger on it .

Is it the streaming natural light in through the open windows, is it the birds chipping in the trees, is the the feeling of peace the property gives you each time, I can not tell.

I do know one thing though, anyone who is in the position of buying a property today, should really make sure you visit this abode first before making any decisions on buying somewhere else.
