This well-located grazing property offers a solid foundation for cattle operations, featuring a carrying capacity of approximately 90–100 breeders. This property is 15km SW Monogorilby, 80km South of Mundubbera, 80km NNE Chinchilla.
The majority (90%) of the property has been cleared and is pastured with natural grasses including forest blue grass and some Rhodes grass in small places, providing reliable feed throughout the seasons. This property is highly suited to easily establish improved pastures throughout.
The land was predominantly timbered with narrow leaf ironbark, smaller areas ex scrub soil with brigalow and 2km of creek grazing. The shade clumps have spotted gum timber in them.
