We do have garage off-street parking options available for an $20 per week subject to availability otherwise parking is situated on the street and residents must apply for a Parking Permit from Brisbane City Council as the property is within the St Lucia parking control area.

We accept either six-month (6) or twelve-month (12) leases. We do not accept shorter periods, and the price does not vary depending on the length of your lease. All prices are inclusive of your electricity, internet (including Wifi) and water. We love pets but unfortunately our share accommodation isn't suitable for pets.
