It has 3 floors. The bottom floor has 2 bedrooms with 2 ensuite bathrooms, a large living area and a laundry. The middle area has a mezzanine study/lounge area, kitchen, dining and lounge - all in interesting nooks and crannies. There is a spacious balcony from the living area with westerly light. There is a bathroom at this level and an under the floor wine cellar/storage. The top floor has a spacious bedroom with beautiful light, built in robes and there is also an airconditioner on the top floor and of course an ensuite bathroom.

It is very secure and has an audiovisual intercom system and a locked gate at the entrance and secure entrance from the car park.

It is very close to the parklands of Parkville, Melbourne University, Sydney Road precincts, the Tullamarine Airport. Although it is on a main road, it is very quiet in the apartment.

Please note, it is very open plan and there may be issues of noise and privacy if it is a share house arrangement, especially as the top bedroom is very open to the living space below and would offer no privacy from noise. It would ideally suit a professional couple (with need for study or office space) or a family.

Also note it is unfurnished.

I am a pet lover myself and know it's difficult to find places that will have pets. So pets are welcome if they are well cared for.
