I'm a solid brick home located on a very quiet street in a beautiful part of Merimbula. I've seen lots of good times and many good friends pass through my doors, and like anything with a bit of age I'm a bit tired. But it won't take much to give me a new lease on life. My bones are good, I just have a few blemishes.

I do have some very redeeming features. A lovely welcoming open plan living area with stunning Sydney Blue Gum timber floors and a divine raked ceiling, and a big wrap around deck with gorgeous views over Top Lake.

My kitchen is the right design for cooking and entertaining but it could do with a makeover, although you wouldn't want to change my Bosch dishwasher.

I can offer you 4 bedrooms with loads of built in wardrobes, and I have 2 bathrooms which you will want to make over for sure.

I could do with new carpets and a fresh coat of paint, and some new window coverings.

My laundry is very large and I can give your cars an oversize double garage with a remote electric door. Underneath is a substantial workshop to make it easy for you to fix my bits.

My backyard is fully fenced, but some of my fences need a little care.
