Okay! So Mount Cotton is already a family oriented place, but the position of this property is perfect, set in a Cul de-Sac only, which enhances the fact that the kids can play safely outside without that extra traffic.
Also, the way this property is situated allows the block to have a comfortable, flat size, perfect for backyard cricket, play areas and trampolines. This amazing area would be perfect for a veggie patch that runs the length of the block, because it receives a large amount of sunlight to keep the veggies or a hedge growing nicely.
The home is only just over 6 years old and has a lot of neat features around the home. My favorites are areas like the study space that is perfect for all of those who now work from home more regularly! I have seen these spaces turned into great little home office spaces.
