WHAT WE LOVE ABOUT LIVING HERE

This has been our family home for over thirty years. We have loved it and it has nurtured us. We have had so many wonderful times here, raising two children, a dog, a beautiful garden and a lemon tree that produces more lemons than we could ever use. Our daily lives have been filled with the expansive and priceless views of the escarpment. Nights were filled with star-gazing, weekend sleep-overs, and lots of friends and family. It's the perfect home for entertaining with a pool, bar and a rumpus room that is so versatile, its been a warm retreat on winter nights by the fire, scene of some terrible surprise birthday party speeches, poker nights, footy grand finals and more toys and lego than you could imagine. We're sad to leave this warm and wonderful home as we downsize, but we are pleased that another family will get the chance to live a rich and happy life as we have here.
