The former "bunk house" (about 70sqm) is now being used as a shed / workshop and the former amenities building is now a hot house / nursery. A fully enclosed 120sqm greenhouse has established vegetable patches for all year round market garden supply.
The Property is only 20 minutes from Lismore (regional airport), 45 minutes from Byron Bay (Ballina Airport) and is only 10km away from the famous Protesters Falls in Nightcap National Park. The Channon Markets are on every 2nd Sunday of the month and attract many visitors from as far as Sunshine Coast.
