COUNTRY
An ideal balance of creek red and grey loam soils, undulating red decomposed granite soils with some smaller areas of low hill grazing and shale outcrops. Approximately 85% arable with some lightly timbered grazing areas and timbered areas of red gum, yellow and red box and stringy bark timber. Attractive rolling country.
WATER
An excellent water supply, twenty (20) strategically placed dams, three (3) semi permanent creeks including the head waters of the Vokin Creek. FENCING
