We love this comfortable, original style house "Beechwood". It's on a ridge between the ocean and the lake and gets the best of sea breezes from the east and westerlies over the lake. We are only selling because we have to help out our daughter who has a serious illness. People say the house has a great ambiance.... some say rustic charm..whatever, it is an appealing place.
