Classic circa 1890 stone villa on a 193 acre lifestyle parcel, which has been owned by the same family for around 100 years. Good grazing land, excellent water supply and approximately 500 fruit and nut trees including cherry, plum and apricot complete this fantastic Adelaide Hills setting. Anecdotally the property is said to have links to the infamous outlaw Ned Kelly. Legend has it that he hid close by when on the run from the law.
