Tranquilo Beach House was built in 2002 from New South Wales Spotty Gum, a farmed timber, from a local timber yard in Dorrigo it's design was inspired by the classic Australian 'Queenslander' design.

WESTERN SUITE: has a small den with a double bed perfect for infants or children

There are places to dine on the verandahs and on the patio downstairs off the "BIG ROOM" downstairs overlooking the Organic Vegetable and Herb garden , enjoy our BBQ, Woodfire pizza oven Fire pit for after-dinner marshmallows

GYMNASIUM:
under the house in the big room is a basic gym with a Punching bag, cadillac reformer combo machine, a vibratron yoga equipment 4 person INFRARED SAUNA and a Ping Pong table.
SWIMMING POOL:
A 10x10m Bromine pool with very little chlorine…great for people who are allergic to chemicals

We have some COUNSEL MANDATED boundaries for guests staying at Tranquilo
No loud parties-or live music with amplifiers or drum kits ACOUSTIC IS OK (dinner PARTIES are ok )
-Check in 2pm / check out noon
-STRICTLY No pets allowed on the property. We have an abundance of wildlife living with us on the land and dogs scare all the other animals away.

Please note there is strictly a council mandate of no loud parties/ gatherings at this property for groups larger than 25. This property is not really suitable for under 25 yrs of age. If you think you and your group are suitable please contact us directly.
TRANQUILO BEACH HOUSE reserves the right to decline any bookings should we think the property will be misused in any way.Please be mindful of our neighbours noise MUST BE KEPT to a MIN after 10pm.
