Once upon a time... not too long ago, this was a delightful and cosy 3 bedroom cottage that shared many happy hours with with its loving owner.
Then the owner went away, the wrong people got a hold of it and the house has been totally trashed. The ceilings in some rooms have caved in and the place is beyond a mess.

Seriously - if you stand in the living room at night and look up you can see the stars and while that might be romantic, it does leave a little to be desired as far as the cosiness goes.

But that said , the building has great bones, proper timber flooring and every boys dream - a great shed. It is not liveable and needs complete renovation and/or restoration and if you know a little about buildings you'll see its mostly plasterboard, paint and a lot of cleaning.

The house is offered on an 'as is where is' basis by a serious seller who is not going to do any of the clean up and no warranty is offered on any fixture or appliance.

Inspect only by appointment and wearing work boots is advised.
