Here's Value. There are quite a few Homes under the $195,000 price range but this would have to be the best of them which I have available at present. There is nothing to do to this home but to add the furniture.
If you went back a few years you would be hard pressed to find a 3 BR CMB home for under $200,000. Times have changed and here it is. A good buy for a first home buyer or investor. There are a couple of air cons., large lounge area, seperate bath and toilet, mostly carpeted, lockable garage and a small lockable shed at the rear of the property which sits up high on Stoters Hill on the Palmerston Highway close to Belvedere. Flooding is impossible and the views of Bartle Frere are great. This is Value for money. You could not buy land and build at this price but be quick because when I say it won't last, it does not !
