I cannot recommend Vaughan highly enough. He was absolutely wonderful throughout the whole sale process. He conducted open house inspection’s every Saturday and kept us informed on every prospective buyer and their thoughts. He also gave me plenty of notice when bringing any prospective buyer through the house on any given day making it easy to ensure the house was always presentable. Once the house was sold (in under two weeks) he guided us through the contract signing process and any hiccups along the way. He even came to our house during the building and pest inspection to answer any enquiries from the buyer. I had heard of other real estate agents being notoriously hard to contact once a contract had been signed. This is the absolute opposite to Vaughan. He was always available to answer any of my enquiries and help in any way he could. Vaughan is reliable, easy to talk to and totally supportive of his clients.
