Location: Located in the highly regarded Bunnan/ Kars Springs area west of Scone in the Upper Hunter Valley.30 minutes commute to either Scone or Merriwa by way of tar sealed road. Scone has three good schools, export saleyards, and an abattoir. Scone township is currently undergoing a large revitalisation program ( Bypass, main street redevelopment, new saleyards, new golf course, $23.5 million airport redevelopment, new Equestrian centre).
