"We love our space especially when we can open up the two bifold doors, when we do this it feels like we are in a pavilion so we can take advantage of the fabulous Perth weather. But in the Winter it is still light, bright and cosy - So it is a place for all seasons. The high ceilings add to the spacious feel of the place, so we don't feel hemmed in. It is our little sanctuary once we come through the gate.
Our neighbours are great, and the area is very quiet despite the higher density area. We like the fact that there are no strata fees and our direct neighbours at unit 1 and 2 are very easy to live with and when we need work done everyone is happy to work together, but in essence we are all very independent. It is a very low maintenance place which is great as it allows us to enjoy what this location has to offer.
The location is fantastic, we have everything at our doorstep; Coles, the train, river, dog parks, Camelot, Cottesloe Village, beaches and close to Freo. It's convenient to all the best things in Perth."
