So you meander in past the dam and then climb gently up the hill to find the 12m x 6m shed on a large plateau. There are two 5,000 gallon rainwater tanks which feed to the shed via a small electric pump. The shower is operated by a 12 volt pump, along with various lights. Half the shed is lined and insulated, and offers a basic kitchenette with a wood stove.
With a little bit of elbow grease you could have yourself some nice southerly views from this lofty site.
