We purchased our current property through Tanya in late 2018. We had such a great experience with Tanya, despite the banks making our financing the experience from hell, that we had no hesitation in asking her to help us with the sale of what was a termite ridden house, on an acreage property, in a very tricky market, where the banks wanted to lend to no-one and the up and coming Federal Elections were making all property purchasers/sellers nervous. From advising us honestly on the “real market” (two others before her had given us market appraisals that were way over the top); setting a very achievable plan; continually assuring us and easing our concerns in very tough market conditions; demonstrating her continual marketing of our property through weekly open houses; communicating frequently outcomes of open houses and mid-week showings; phone calls and personal catch-ups with us advising on potential purchasers and anything we might need to be aware of in order to give the sale the best chance of success.
The day of reckoning being the day of the Auction had its moments, but with Tanya and her team doing their work across all bidders, encouraging bidders to stay in the game, we were not only able to achieve a sale, but we achieved a price well above our expectations and at the upper end of Tanya’s appraisal range. Happy days….
Tanya has a real energy and worked tirelessly when marketing our property. We found Tanya to be very accommodating with a very easy manner and had a way of always making us feel very comfortable and never ever an inconvenience.
