5/13 Ruby Road, Rutherford NSW 2320

When starting out on your property journey, an opportunity to enter the market in a brand-new property seldom presents itself. Today we welcome you to the establishment at 13 Ruby Road, Rutherford.

The complex is almost finished construction and is ready to market for the astute purchaser ready to get in before completion.

Six of the villas offers three bedrooms, a double remote garage with internal access and an undercover alfresco area in a fully fenced grassed yard. Being free standing and having a yard gives the illusion of your own small house rather than being in built up living but in a price range that provides an opportunity to enter the market, invest or downsize.

All up there are still six three-bed, two bath and double garage villas still available to purchase as well as two, two-bedroom, one-bathroom, single garage.

Being brand new the complex will attract first home buyers eligible for the First Home Loan Deposit Scheme (purchase with a deposit of 5% with no requirement for taking out landers mortgage insurance), First Home Loan Deposit Scheme New Home Guarantee, First Home Owner Grant (New Homes Scheme) and/or the First Home Buyer Assistance Scheme (stamp duty concessions.
