Walking to Arthurs Lake would take around 10 minutes and to launch your boat at Pumphouse Point is approximately a 10 minute drive. Trout fishing is the main reason people are here, but there are many that just want that quiet get a way.
The cabin has a fall deck on the front, large water tank at the rear, gas hot water, gas heater, gas fridge and a generator for power. NO POWER BILLS!
The power is located at the main road if you wish to connect though.
Fully furnished - with a queen-size bed, bunk room with two sets of bunks, separate toilet (sewerage) and the bathroom with vanity and a shower.
The lounge/dining/kitchen is very compact, with a futon couch (for extra guests) and a modest kitchen.
If you are after a small cabin, little housework and little maintenance this property will suit you.
There is plenty of room to build a garage if needed.
