“Central to anywhere in the city”

There are many reasons why we lived in Donnelly Road for 24 years. The location is very convenient to anywhere in the City, 15 minutes to the airport and 5 minutes to the city. Public transport with direct links to the City or Chatswood are within short walks. The area has all a growing family needs including parks, playgrounds, great schools, close proximity to major shops or a short stroll to the chic Crows Nest, Cammeray or St Leonards precincts for your choice of restaurants, bars, clubs and cafes. Not to forget the reputation of the Naremburn shops with the award winning Old Fashion Fish-n-chips, pizzeria and great coffee from Forsyths. A very close knit community, with regular gatherings of residence from Donnelly Road together with Merrenburn Road, it doesn't feel like you are living within 5ks of the city centre. A majority of the residents are long term occupants, some even second generation in the same house, it will be sad for us to leave. At Donnelly Road, we are close friends more than neighbours.
