This lovely 3 bedroom brick home is so inviting. From the moment you step through the front door the layout of this home makes it the perfect home for a small family, single or the couple looking to downsize. With its centrally located kitchen with great size pantry that backs onto the living space with its exposed timber beams and feature brick wall. The exposed beams follow through into the dining space which gives this home so much character. There is a separate laundry and great size bathroom with separate bath and shower. All 3 bedrooms are a good size with 2 bedrooms overlooking the rear yard with heaps of privacy with well-established trees all around.
Off the dining/kitchen is a lovely sun filled courtyard with retaining walls and plenty of foliage for privacy. The rear yard is a good size with a well established plum, apricot and feijoa and a lovely little peach tree coming along. Both the courtyard and rear yard are fully fenced and there is a brick 2 car garage in the rear yard.
