What do you need to know?
*The property is a leasehold property with 10 years remaining plus a further option of 21 years after that (yes that's why it's cheap!).
*The fees are $1,225 per quarter with buildings insurance (or $1,130 with your own insurance)
*A copy of the sub-lease can be easily emailed to you upon request
