I've moved around and have now found my final resting place. I hope..!
I am looking for a plasterer, carpenter or painter in particular. Although I am open to someone who may have an open mind and lots of energy and love to give without a trade certificate.
Situated on the edge of the township of Cobden, I love wide open space, fresh air and the quiet road I live on.
As far as looks go...I may not be at my best right now but with some investment and vision, I am sure I can return to my former glory.
My best features include loads of character and a solid frame.
I have a permit and my assets include a vegetable patch, duck pond and I'm well fenced for sheep.
