I tried to edit the drone panorama shot to show everything, but the software and my skills couldn't meet my hopes to add text. However, dead centre where you see boats in the backyard, directly across from the Service Station is the place. This was taken on 2/3/2022 on a break in the rain and flooding. It is to show that floods have never, and will never be an issue. Please check on the council maps for the 1974 floods. No flooding risk.

The value is in the land, as it is 1015 m2, as are the next 2 properties down the hill, which are investment rental properties. As a combined block it is well over 3000m2, and can be redeveloped as a block, or just sold as a block to a developer. This doubles your money. I was looking at this, but they are not motivated to do so yet. I can provide their details. I want to move north.
