This is the bush escape you need when the rat race gets too much.
It is a well treed 7.5 acre block, with a small dam near the gate. The shed is hidden well into the block, and if you try hard enough, you can see one neighbour.
The shed had been decked out for temporary living, so the toilet, shower, hot water system, rain water tanks and pressure pump are still there. The power was coming from the diesel generator which is located in it's own shed; but no-one can tell us whether it is still operable. The main shed is about 9m x 8m with pink batts in the roof, with a 9m x 6m carport off the side. Then there is this other carport/caraport thingo nearby.
Go for a wander through the trees, you might be surprised by what you find. I found a fire pit. Actually; I have the key, so you had better ring me first.
