This property has already has so much of the hard work done with dams, sheds, cleared areas, water tanks, 3 Caravans, power and phone. There are two dams. The main larger dam is holding a good supply of water while the second smaller dam is a little low at the moment. The campsite has so much to offer with a lockable shed that has power and phone line available and good size patio to sit and relax. There is a pop-top van near the shed, with power. Three water tanks ensure there is always plenty rain-water available. Near the campsite is a large slab that has a toilet and shower plumbed to the septic. The slab is the starting point for your larger living accommodation or shed if you would rather your home in a different location. There are a few other smaller structures within or near the campsite. A great fire pit area - covered so that you can still use when windy or inclement. The chook house and shade house both need a little TLC to be usable but the basics are still there. At the edge of the campsite there are several established mango trees all of which currently have fruit growing and ripening.

The property has been used for growing pumpkins by a previous owner so there are two areas that have been cleared. The first cleared area is located from the campsite to the dams and is a lovely gentle slope down from the campsite/future house-site with trees left round the dam to assist with keeping it shady and reducing evaporation by wind and heat. Both dams get a good catchment of water from lands natural contours.

There is an area of trees left to separate the two cleared areas allowing privacy to the 2 Vans located on the second clearing. Located a little way from the main campsite, on the second cleared area is caravan and a double car size farm shed – great for a guest. There is also another caravan that has its own higher roof to keep it cooler. There is also a weather protected power point in this area to allow power to be made available to the two vans.

Approximately 1/3 of the property is white zone and has been cleared. The cleared areas now have a good covering of grass, with the property fully fenced it would be a great asset to stock grazing. The property structures have been well set out to ensure privacy, and makes great use of the land’s natural features. There are areas cleared and others thinned and some left as natural bush so there are still opportunities for new owners to make changes and improvements to make it their own. The property lends itself to a couple of future uses, perhaps a bush retreat or self-contained caravans or RV parking or hobby farm or return the cleared areas to crop producing.
