The property is well fenced where it bounds the Sofala Road. The remainder of the boundary is only partially fenced. Where it joins cleared farmland it is fenced, however parts of the boundary that are hilly and heavily timbered are not fenced.

There is a creek that runs through the front of Glenroy. Elsewhere, there are two dams.

Improvements
