The local main wharf is a mere 100m walk down the paved street, be sure to bring your rods to chuck a line in and try your luck at catching a fish; or even hiring a boat, kayak or bike from the boat shed below.

The main bedroom features a king bed, and the second bedroom offers a queen. Luxury linen and towels are provided for guests use. please note that this property is NOT pet friendly.
There is a second outdoor balcony is located to the rear of the apartment with a washing line. Washing machine is provided for guests use or the local laundromat is a short 100m stroll away on Maurice Avenue.

There is one designated car park space accessed off Allan Drive, with seasonal on-street parking for boat or additional car. During peak season please be considerate of the local businesses and not take up space on the nature strip in front. The access for the apartment is a small ramp that is entered on to from Dorron Ave.

Tariffs:

Peak Season.. December 20th to January 31st and Easter long weekend - $ 2,450 p/w $350 p/n (7 night minimum)

Shoulder Season .. February 1st to April 30th and then again from September 1st to December 19th - $ 2,100 p/w $300 p/n (3 night minimum)

Off-peak.. Off-Peak from May 1st to August 31st - $ 1,960 p/w $280 p/n (3 night minimum)

plus a $100 cleaning fee per stay

This premises is let for holiday purposes only, family holidays or a relaxing getaway. This is a privately owned home located in a residential area. It is NOT for use as a "party venue". Offensive, loud or anti-social behavior will not be tolerated, and such behavior will result in immediate cancellation of your stay with no refund.
