My experience living in Burke Road has been a positive one. Its location is central to most areas and a short drive or train/tram trip to the city (train and tram stop walking distance). Close to Malvern Road cafes and restaurants, in addition it's a short walk to shops in Burke Road and Central Park. Everything you need is near by including the gym! I have always felt safe around the area at all hours of the day and night.
