I must start with the Master Suite. To the left of the entry, you walk into the Master Suite with bedside pendants showcasing the feature wall. Then the sliding cupboard actually open to a massive walk in robe complete with compartments for all you need. Without a doubt this master will comfortably take a Californian King Bed without feeling confined. From there it leads to an additional space, maybe a makeup space or a ‘study nook’ – maybe even a comfy chair to relax. It doesn’t stop there however. The ensuite is just stunning and even that doesn’t capture how breathtaking it is. I simply can not do it justice in words you need to look at the photos. If all that wasn’t enough there is a private door straight out to the huge spa.

You do have 3 other great sized bedrooms as well, all with wardrobes, all accommodating at least queen sized beds, maybe even kings.

In addition to the 4 bedrooms you have 4 MASSIVE living areas as well – Ducted air throughout the inside of the property.

Your first living area is as you come through the entry to the property. Lets just say all of them are MASSIVE otherwise you will get sick of me saying the word. This one comes complete with storage cupboards as well. From there it flows onto a second living space but also onto a fantastic kitchen with stone benchtop. The kitchen then flows through to the dining – which I did not count as part of the 4 living areas. But the dining does join onto another living space, complete with stunning feature wall.

I know its starting to sound a little confusing with all this living space but the first two living areas both flow onto another one, basically joining them all. This one….. WOW. Polished 600x600 porcelain tiles. Featured timber roof, all flowing down to the end where there is log fireplace. This space used to have a pool table up one end and lounging area around the fireplace down the other.

Now to the last of the living areas, this space is not completely closed in but the majority of it is. This is where the Spa is as well as where the ‘external’ kitchen was – surrounded by marble tiles – it has the exhausts an the gas connections ready there for you to put in your own entertaining requirements.

There is absolutely no way my words will do this property justice, I have been writing about properties for a long time but my words fail me on this occasion to portray the opulence of this property. There are so many little ‘treats’ along the way – I would be typing forever.

This is a property you must inspect to really appreciate everything it has going for it.

In addition to everything else, while the tenant will maintain the gardens, the lawns will be done for the tenant.

Properties like this, especially in River Downs, do not last long.

The gates are shared by 3 properties - originally a large acreage block, it is now divided into 3 separate residences. But as mentioned above, the benefit to this 'bodycorp' setup is that the lawns are maintained for you...... no more weekends having to spend all your time behind the lawnmower.

Applications are being accepted prior to inspections. If you do send through an online application prior to inspecting, please put on that application “subject to inspection” mind you, that wont really matter on this occasion because one you walk through those doors you will fall in love.
