Lovely timber framed casement windows letting in heaps of light, including in the front bay style ones. There is even the signature Queenslander arch dividing the lounge space, with high ceilings. Out front there is a large veranda, which is semi enclosed with metal slat awning above the traditional timber palings, giving both privacy and good air flow for keeping cool.

Downstairs you will be able to see that the place is built on solid structure via the steel stumps that have already been replaced, instead of the old timber ones and RSJ beams supporting the house. The entire area is enclosed with rough stone like finished on the external side block walls. There is access to park two cars tandem, with masses of room for workshop, rumpus or near anything else you could imagine, in the full concreted space.

All this is fitted on a much larger than average 1768sqm block of land.
The negatives: It desperately needs a paint job, both internally and especially externally. The septic system is having some issues to which I'm unsure what the source of is. It would likely be the usual culprit, the trenching but you would have to investigate that for yourself. The electrics need upgrading. The property needs general maintenance and likely including things like trenching around the base of the house, repair and replacement of boards, stair treads, and the like. The kitchen and bathroom both need updating.
The property is currently tenanted on a periodic lease; however, the tenants have plans to be vacating shortly. Due to tenancy, there are no internal photos permitted in the advertising/marketing of the property. If you wish to book an inspection, plenty of notice will be required.
