I was extremely grateful to deal with Wayne. He was very professional at the open home along with his colleagues, Wayne didn’t have a forceful approach and gave me his time to answer any of my questions. He had great knowledge of the house and of the local area. I personally felt comfortable, without having to worry about a real estate agent looking to just make a sale.
Wayne’s approach is what helped me to make my decision towards the home, he took my offer to the owners. The following day Wayne contacted me letting me know that the owners accepted my offer. Wayne was also dealing with the house that the owners were buying, and he worked together with each of us to make sure all parties were happy with the transactions and transition.
