Don’t be misled by the trim exterior of this well located Cul-de-sac home, all is not well on the inside. The decor, most of which is seriously past its use by date, is largely untouched insofar as 21st century tastes and conveniences are concerned. The bathrooms, replete with cracked, wire infused shower screens are revolting, and the kitchen, with its ancient dishwasher, does have at least, hot and cold taps and a new-ish oven. There is a rather ugly outdoor area, that will require some creative effort. On the up-side, there are solid brick retaining walls and quality fencing.

Otherwise, there's NOT MUCH WRONG with the place.

The owner's desire, energy and flair for renovation is long gone, and they are prepared to offer the property to the first deserving but impecunious buyer that needs a lucky break.
