Here is a project for someone with some skills to get their teeth into. The main house is solid brick and then there is a fibro extension. In the main house there is 2 large bedrooms, separate lounge lounge, spacious kitchen, bathroom, office and a store room. The extension has a bedroom and laundry with a 2nd toilet and 2nd shower. The property is connected to mains water but the mains power hasn't been connected for some time and I'm tipping it will require a re-wire.
