The 543 ha - 1,342 acre Glen Ayr' has four towable pivots servicing 210* hectares. The irrigation water for this system is provided via a bore on the northern section of the property. The irrigation system is supported by the 1,032ML allowance from WAL33174 to provide the developed centre pivot irrigation.

The irrigation side is developed with seven 30* hectare pivot sites serviced by four six span Zimmamatic electric towable pivots driven by diesel motors. Stock water is available via catchment dams throughout the property and the farm also has access to the Gobbagaula Water Scheme.

Glen Ayr is located in a relatively temperate, moderate rainfall climate with rainfall being largely spread evenly across the twelve months of the year.
