The brick cottage is off grid with solar panels, batteries and a generator and is warmed by the open fire that heats the hot water with solar backup. Afternoon tea (or a can or two) on the front veranda whilst observing the sunsets is a must. It is quiet, it is close to town and yet it feels worlds away. This is paradise with no stress and room to move. This property was not effected by the recent floods in October.
