There is high speed satellite internet installed and very good 3g mobile telephone reception with up to 5Mps 3g internet reception with line of sight to the Mt Tanner tower. The house is completely self sufficient in energy with ample power from solar power, a wind generator and a backup diesel generator all located in a separate large shed 60m from the beach house.
