The space

This light filled, recently renovated 2 bedroom Victorian house is personal (LGBTIQ friendly), it sleeps up to 5 (2 queen size beds & a single sofa bed).
It is immaculately presented with quality finishings, including two large smart TVs with chrome cast so you can stream Netflix etc, and a Sonos in every room. There is plenty of relaxing space with two indoor living areas, and two outdoor courtyards. There is the garden BBQ entertaining space plus a private breakfast courtyard.

Linen, towels, kitchenware etc are also included plus cleaning can be arranged at an extra cost.
You will find all the extras here that you need to feel at home and enjoy your stay in Melbourne including an Xbox, Sonos sound system throughout, hair straightener, herb garden and Mykis.

The granite bench kitchen is fully equipped with induction cooking, coffee pod machine, rice cooker, pantry with condiments and cooking basics, global knives, food processor, juicer, pyrolytic oven & everything else you would expect to find in a new, well equipped kitchen.

This house is in the perfect location to experience the best of Melbourne, if you have a car that's great, free parking is available but you don't need a car to stay here. In fact this part of Melbourne is experienced best using public transport or your feet will take you everywhere you want to go easily with an exceptional walkable score of 84/100.

Walk, tram or train it quickly and easily to the MCG, Grand Prix and other Melbourne sporting events - many of them, AAMI, Olympic Park, Rod Laver, are in walking distance.

The house is accessed with a unique, personal code through a smart lock.

There is one step up to the veranda and then another step to enter the house. Once inside there is a step to enter the dining, kitchen, living and bathroom area.

There is free street parking for one car outside the house. It's pretty unusual not to be able to park outside the door, occasionally you might need to park a couple of houses away.
