Your chance to own a piece of Holbrook's heritage. The Log Cabin has played a role in the lives of the youth of Holbrook for many decades, it is now time to move into a new phase of life and ready for someone to add their personal touch. Built in 1945, the cabin consists of a large central room with a wood fire at the eastern end, with 2 adjoining studio rooms and a kitchen. A toilet block and lockable shed are also in the grounds. The proceeds from the sale of the Log Cabin will go to The Commander Holbrook RSL War Memorial Scholarship Trust. Currently used as a Physiotherapy Clinic & Pilates Studio, uses could range from an Art Gallery to a home (subject to council approval). Inspection is by appointment only.
